Objective: Generating Talent develops a completely innovative model that explains talent creation as intelligence acting in an appropriate, brilliant and efficient way. This book explains how talent is generated, not only on an individual level, but also within organizations and societies. José Antonio Marina offers us clues for thinking better, feeling better, making better decisions and putting them into practice with more determination. This is the voyage that readers will undertake with this book. This is an optimistic book. Not the somewhat silly optimism of self-help books that promise to make you an instant millionaire, but rather the optimism of neuroscience when it maintains that our possibilities are even greater than we think.
