The innovative and fresh poems reduce the distance between poetry and real life without giving up that bit of magic that reality already has.

Luis Ramiro’s poetry moves somewhere in a space where sonnets mix with free verse. Each line of his is nourished with a grounded language and his use of universal themes that are treated from a new perspective which makes them sometimes humorous, sometimes unbelievable and sometimes hopeful.
The poet’s ability to take on the most varied of topics – love, online interactions, urban environments, everyday fear, and infidelity as a human weakness – in an unassuming and modern language redefines the concept of poetry. He has brought poetry back into style.
